The water demineralizers of the M Serie represent the simplest and most practical way to obtain cheaply demineralized water at high quality. The units of this serie have a moderate encumbrance, are very economical and can be used easily.
The M Serie demineralizers are composed of a stiffened nontoxic polypropylene column, resistant to a pressure of 10 bar (M4: 1,5 bar). The column contains selected cationic and anionic resins, having an high exchange power and treated and mixed in order to obtain water with a high purity.
According to the versions there are two different conductivity meters:
• a two led (red – green) conductivity meter to show when the resins are saturated, selffed through a battery;
• a digital conductivity meter (scale O-19,99 µS) with leds showing resins saturation for a continual checking of water purity on outlet, fed through a socket transformer 230/50Hz.
All versions offer a kit of pressure-resistant connections and pipes with a sampling valve.
You can effect the resins recharge in two different ways:
• by replacing the resin charge, contained inside the column, with a new one supplied in a little sack (a very simple and quick operation);
• by replacing the column with a new one;
• the used resins and columns can be sent to our laboratory for a careful regeneration;
• M4 has a disposable cartridge.
