– The moulded inner tank made from one single piece of 18/08 stainless steel without seams or seals to ensure perfect heat distribution and eliminate leaks.

– The external housing is made from a strong sheet of 18/8 stainless steel whilst insulation between the housing and the tanks is provided by fiberglass.

– Temperature control and regulation is provided by a thermostat with a graduated centigrad scale and fluid expansion immersion sensor.
